A postcard starts at Rs 100. An international address adds Rs 50, Speed Post adds Rs 60, and the larger A5 card adds Rs 50. The final amount is calculated at checkout.

Yes. The message you type is printed on a physical card in a handwriting-style face, hand-finished, and posted through India Post. It is not an e-card.

A postee is someone who has signed up to receive postcards from strangers. You can write to one, and send a paid reply card for Rs 49 within India or Rs 99 internationally.
